In a just-published article titled, Advancing Political Integrity Amid War: Restoring Political Party Financial Reporting, IFES Ukraine echoes the longstanding calls from civil society for Ukraine to restore political party financial reporting requirements and oversight as an important element of Ukraine’s anti-corruption commitments and European Union aspirations.

On June 9, 2023, the G7 Ambassadors Support Group for Ukraine outlined a list of three priorities for Ukraine’s ongoing judicial and anti-corruption reforms, covering:

• Restoration of asset declaration system and political party financing reporting.
• Institutional independence and capacity building of SAPO and NABU.
• Selection of Constitutional Court Judges.
